When was the Last Time U Truly Relaxed?

We always find ourselves doing so much for everyone else, but when was the last time you took the time to Truly Relax? Let’s face it, trying to keep up with daily lives, social media, kids, work, parents, extended family and pets, it’s a wonder how we keep our sanity in check. All the constant withdrawals of “energy” being used must be replenished! How else will you keep from being drained with everything going on? You can get away for a short weekend to relax, your Mind, Body and Spirit! Getting away may not solve all your problems, but at least you can create some wonderful memories to remember!
