Singles must pay a single supplement rate (200%). Taxes & port charges are subject to change. The cruise line reserves the right to implement a fuel surcharge if the cost of fuel increases.
Automatic Billing Plan:
You can enroll in automatic billing and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.

OCCUPANCY DETAILS:
Single occupancy = one person to a room
Double occupancy = two persons to a room

TRAVEL NOTES
To sail on Virgin Voyages, a passport is required. Your passport is required to be valid up to 6 months past your final sailing date. For this sailing your passport should not expire on or before July 16, 2026.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports must be valid for at least six months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided in the travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate(s) of the countries to be visited for current entry requirements.
Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.
Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 21 days or earlier prior to travel.
At check-in, a credit card will be required to cover anticipated cabin charges.
You need to purchase your flight to Miami before November 14, 2025.
Return home flights must be booked from Miami after 11 am on 1/21/26.

All deposits to Group Escapes 4 Less, Inc. d/b/a Your Group Escapes and the applicable supplier are non-refundable and non-transferrable unless otherwise noted.
Reservations must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport or government issued id. Please enter your legal name(s) EXACTLY as appears on your valid passport. So, skip your nickname and spell it out.
Name changes are allowed but may incur penalty. Any name or occupancy changes should be directed to the Your Group Escapes Team. Failure to do so results in a $100 Name Change Fee + any vendor fees.
Late payment of $100 per person is required after final due date. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
You are responsible to keep Your Group Escapes informed of email address changes as this is our primary way of communication.
